On October 19-20, 2023, the international conference „Poland and the Turkic World” was held at the University of Warsaw. The conference was organized by the Department of Turkic Studies and Inner Asian Peoples from the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the University of Warsaw, in cooperation with the Embassies of the Republic of Türkiye, Republic of Azerbaijan and Republic of Kazakhstan, the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Yunus Emre Institute, the Karaim Heritage Foundation and the Center for Azerbaijani Studies of the University of Warsaw.
